FRHA SUMMIT POSTPONED
March 11, 2020-- After consideration and examination of the recen
t health risks posed by the coronavirus (COVID-19), the Florida Rural Healt
h Association (FRHA) and its board of directors have decided to postpone FR
HA’s Annual Education Summit, scheduled for March 30th and 31
We did not make t his decision lightly and recognize the importance of the health and safety of our members, staff, vendors, partners, and all frontline providers who p rovide health care in our communities is a top priority, and thus we have t aken this proactive step.
At this time, we are considering holding FR HA’s annual summit in the of month of August, in Gainesville Florida. We ar e working with the hotel to secure the dates. Once we have confirmed dates we will inform everyone. For the time being, we will hold current registrat ions and apply them to the later date. If you would like a refund, please c ontact us at FRHA@srahec.org. We will respond to your request within 72 hours.
It is in that spirit we wish everyone well going forward as we do our part in addressing the country’s and local community’s major public health concern and crisis.
